Screen glass and lcd are Pristine. Keys, trackpad and palmrests show no signs of use. Outer surfaces very clean, no dents but some faint scratches on the edges [ see last 2 images for cosmetic defects ]. Carefully tested by technicians and reset to factory Windows 10 Pro.
