Return Shipping Labels

When your return is approved, you will either receive a prepaid return label or be instructed to purchase your own.

  • Defective, damaged, or incorrect items: We cover return shipping.
  • Wrong item ordered by you: Return shipping is your responsibility + 20% restocking fee.

Tracking Requirements

Tracking is required for all returns. Failure to provide tracking may result in delayed refunds or rejected claims.

Refund Processing Timeline

  • Refund processed within 2 business days after inspection.
  • Refunds issued to original payment method.
  • Funds appear within 3-5 business days after processing.

Misuse of Returns

Prohibited behavior includes: sending back different/damaged items, filing chargebacks after refund, false claims, tampering with items. This may result in account suspension and refusal of future business.
