Pickup Availability
Local pickup is available Monday to Friday, 10:00 AM to 5:00 PM.
Orders placed before 2:00 PM are usually ready for same-day pickup.
Orders placed after 2:00 PM will be ready the next business day.

How Pickup Works

1. Select Local Pickup during checkout.

2. Complete your order.

3. You will receive an email confirming your order and providing pickup instructions.

4. Bring a copy of your order confirmation (digital or printed) when picking up.

5. The name and email on the order must match the person picking up the item.

Pickup Today (Same Day)
Products marked as “Available for Pickup Today” on our website are kept in our Reno warehouse.
If ordered before 2:00 PM, they are typically ready within 1–2 hours.

Pickup Later (Scheduled or Next Day)
If you prefer to pick up your order later, you may schedule a pickup time during business hours.
We will hold your order for 7 days from the date of purchase.

Sat–Sun: Closed

What to Bring
• Your order confirmation email
• A matching ID if required
• The payment method used (for verification, if needed)

Where to Go for Pickup
Park near our storefront and come inside. Staff will assist you and bring out your order.

Not Ready for Pickup?
If an item is temporarily unavailable for immediate pickup, you will be notified by email with the expected pickup date.

Unclaimed Pickups
Orders not picked up within 7 days may be automatically cancelled and refunded unless you contact us for an extension.

Returns for Pickup Orders
Return policies for pickup orders are the same as shipped orders.
