It has been carefully tested by our technicians and is fully functional. The display glass has vy light signs of use. These marks are faint and difficult to capture in photos. The top and bottom covs are clean with no noticeable cosmetic issues. The are minor cosmetic impfections on the corns and edges, including light scuffs and small nicks. One cornshows a slight bend/warp in the aluminum casing. These are purely cosmetic and do not affect functionality. Please refto the photos for details. Batty health is approximately 77% (43Wh out of 56Wh) with only 3 charge cycles. Low cycle count, though reduced capacity. Bottom Base have rubbpaddings (images included) Carefully tested by technicians and reset to factory Windows 11 Pro. Includes original HP powadapt65W. The photos are of the actual product.
